Owed is a PayBox plugin that lets your agent ask anyone for money, then tells you who has paid. This page lists every payment the Owed team has made with it from its own wallets on Solana mainnet, newest first, each with its transaction on Solscan, then what Owed refuses. Nothing here is staged.

What Owed refuses
Getting paid is half of it. These are the cases where Owed says no, each with where it was seen: on production, on Solana mainnet, in the PayBox portal's test console, or only in a unit test.
Someone tries to pay a request its recipient cancelled
pay_link refuses (“This request was cancelled by the requester.”), the x402 endpoint answers 409, and the pay page shows Cancelled with no QR code or wallet link.
ProductionA recipient’s cancel signature is sent a second time
Refused with 400 “already used”. Only the recipient’s own fresh signature cancels a request.
ProductionThree real USDC transfers reach the team wallet without naming a request’s reference
No Owed request counts them as paid. A payment must carry the request’s reference to settle it.
A request claims a domain that doesn’t publish its wallet
The server answers 400 and names the DNS TXT record to add. No request is created, so no verified badge.
ProductionA lookalike domain, getowed.xyz.paybox-support.com
verify_payee says not verified, and warns that it looks like PayBox and like Owed but is neither, and only starts with “getowed.xyz”.
PayBox portal test consoleA who_owes_me CSV link is edited, or used after 10 minutes
An edited recipient is refused with 403; the link expires after 10 minutes with 410.
ProductionThe server swaps the recipient, amount or reference behind a shared link
pay_link recomputes the request id from the terms it was given and refuses on a mismatch, so a swapped link proposes nothing.
Unit testAn older Owed link whose id can’t be checked against its terms
pay_link refuses it before proposing anything.
PayBox portal test consoleA request that pays the payer’s own wallet
pay_link refuses: “This request pays your own wallet, so there is nothing to send.”
PayBox portal test consoleA request to an address on the U.S. Treasury’s OFAC SDN list
The plugin refuses with a check that needs no network; every create route on the server answers 403 blocked.
Unit testAny fee, or any Owed account, inside a payment
None. A proposal holds a memo and one transfer to the recipient, plus an account create the payer pays for when the recipient has no USDC account yet.

Which payments are listed
A paid request appears here when one of the team's wallets below paid it. Who it paid doesn't count, because anyone can create a request to our wallet. Requests stay private otherwise: each one is reachable only by its own link. The amount is what the chain shows arrived.
